Rates
The complex will only be rented to 1 group at a time. You do not have to share facilities with others.

Booking Information
Charging details
- Arrivals before 6.00 am are costed as an extra night.
- Arrivals after 6.00 a.m. and before 3.00 p.m. incur an early check-in fee.
- Departures after 10.00 a.m. and before 6.00 p.m. incur a late check-out fee.
- Departures after 6.00 pm are costed as an extra night.
Payment
- 1/3 of the total tariff charged for your stay is required to be paid to confirm your reservation. The payment will be treated as a deposit and will ensure that the property is secured for the dates you have arranged.
- A credit card surcharge of 3.5% applies.
- The balance of payment, together with a fully refundable bond of $500.00, is due 14 days before your arrival.
- Payment can be made into our Cook Islands Bank account. Bank account details can be found in our acceptance email.
Late payments
- Failure to pay the deposit, within 5 working days of accepting your reservation, may result in your reservation being cancelled and the property being made available to others. Should we cancel your reservation due to late or non-payment of a deposit, we will refund any deposit, received by us, in full.
- The balance of the total tariff must be received by us on or before its due date; i.e. 14 days before your arrival. If your payment fails to reach us by the due date we may choose to cancel your reservation with or without notice to you and make the property available to others. Cancellation charges apply (see below).
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a reservation please let us know as soon as possible so we may offer the property to others. Should YOU choose to cancel the reservation, our standard cancellation charges apply:
- Cancellation ordinarily results in a cancellation charge amounting to 30% of the total tariff charged
- Cancellation within 14 days of the scheduled start of stay results in a cancellation charge amounting to 100% of the total tariff charged
Should WE cancel the reservation due to YOUR NON-PAYMENT: Should any of your payments fail to reach us by their due date we have the right to cancel the reservation with or without providing you with notice. Under these circumstances, our standard cancellation charges apply.
Cancellation by Owner/Manager
If, due to circumstances beyond our control, the property becomes unavailable or unfit for use, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund your money in full.
Breakage/Loss and Damage
A deposit of $500.00 is required to be paid, with the balance of the total tariff, in case of loss, damage, or breakage to the property. This deposit will be refunded in full, within 5 working days after renters vacate, if no loss, damage, or breakage has occurred to the property.
Travel Insurance
It is prudent to invest in travel insurance when travelling abroad because:
- Flights do get cancelled and vacation days get lost.
- Personal property can be lost, damaged, or stolen.
- Medical and hospital facilities are limited in the Cook Islands and in some cases patients may need to be medically evacuated by air to New Zealand for treatment. Travel insurance may give you peace of mind.
